Low Energy Products

Low energy is the number one focus for JCC, and with the demand for energy saving, environmentally friendly products growing continually, our range of low energy products continues to expand to meet this demand.

Building Regulations Part L has been revised with a far more defined requirement for energy conservation, which places considerable onus on all new lighting installations. We work hard to ensure our low energy products meet this requirement - all our new fittings are designed around specific low energy lamps, so it's impossible to use an incandescent lamp or halogen equivalent.

JCC is committed to helping our customers make substantial energy savings as well as reducing their carbon footprint.

2009 has seen us launch over 30 new low energy products for domestic, commercial, interior and exterior settings, plus decorative lighting. All are featured in our brand new Catalogue 22, as well as on this website.

Low Energy Symbol

Our new Low Energy symbol will accompany all JCC low energy products from now on, making it easy for you to source low energy solutions at a glance.

Min. 40 Lumens per watt

This symbol states that the lamp produces a minimum of 40 lumens per watt - the ultimate benchmark of efficiency in low energy lighting.
