JCC Lighting strengthens management team with senior appointment
JCC Lighting has announced the appointment of Jonathan Parry as Supply Chain Director, responsible for managing Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse and Customer Service. The announcement comes as the company continues to review its business needs to ensure it remains the leading manufacturer in the UK lighting sector.
Jonathan’s remit includes managing the internal acquisition process from ordering through to dispatch, and supply of on-time and in full (OTIF) measurements. This position has a particular focus on inventory and logistics, and delivering excellent customer service, along with main board responsibilities.
Jonathan summed up his new role by saying:
“I am really excited by the new challenges that this roles brings. JCC has built a very strong and dependable reputation for designing and manufacturing quality lighting, and I am looking forward to further developing the company through its supply chain operations”.
Prior to joining JCC, Jonathan gained a wealth of experience with Wolseley as European Product Director. Previously, Jonathan worked as Head of Global Sourcing for Sainsbury’s and has worked with Kurt Salmon Associates and ExxonMobil. Jonathan is also a senior member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply and has an honours degree in Engineering from Durham University.
