Loft Braces

Loft braces are a useful product to aid the safe installation of recessed luminaires in cold loft areas. Due to the use of continuous mineral wool insulating materials, it is difficult to see where downlights are installed, which means householders may step on them or place storage items on top of them. Loft braces offer mechanical protection preventing accidental damage, plus the advantage of allowing additional air movement around the light fitting.
